Balinda launched Baker Accounting Solutions back in 2015 to meet the needs of many small business owners. She saw the struggle many face to fit in meetings around the needs of both their business and their families. Her passion is being flexible and having clear communication.

In 2011 she became a Chartered Accountant and has been in practice since 2006.

Balinda comes from an agricultural family who farm at Nyngan in NSW. She has three children Isabelle, Max and William. They enjoy adventure and travelled for a year around Australia in 2023 before resettling in Singleton in the Hunter Valley.

Balinda enjoys working with her clients to improve their understanding and seeing their businesses grow and flourish. She also loves advisory work, especially around capital gains and succession.

Seeing her firm grow from a small practice has been very rewarding. She values her clients and tries to put family values first.
